What type of movement do your watches come with?
Our watches come with the high quality Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement. 

Would you say your watches are water-resistant?
We would say the watches are water resistant to a certain degree, meaning when you're washing your hands or if you get caught in a misty day of raindrops outside, it would be fine. We do not recommend showering with your watch on. Our watches are not waterproof where you can take a dip in the lake or ocean and come out with a working watch.  Keep in mind our watches are not built to be completely immersed under water. So definitely take it off before taking a dip in pool! 

Would you say your watches are for guys or girls? Or are they Unisex? 
It really depends on personal preference. But if we had to say, we think our watches look fantastic on both guys and girls! 

What kind of leather do you use on the leather bands of the watches? 
We only use top quality soft genuine leather for everyday-wear watches. 

Can I get a discount if I order multiple watches from you, say for a groomsmen party? 
Yes, most definitely you can. We appreciate your business and we are willing to work with you to give you a great rate for your large order.  Just send us a message letting us know how many watches you are interested in and we will take it from there. 

Can I use coupon codes on reduced-priced items?
Unfortunately you cannot use coupon codes on discounted items. That is only valid for regular priced items. Please keep in mind we price all our items fairly in order for it to be affordable for you and for us to keep it at the highest quality we can.


How do I go about putting my request for an engraving message?
You would put that request in the notes during checkout when you place your order. If you happen to overlook that section during checkout process, be sure to send us a message at "Contact Us" in customer support with your name and your order and we will gladly get that added on for you. Please do it ASAP. If the product has already been shipped out before we get the message, we won't be able to fulfill your late request. 

What if I need to change something on my order--what do I do? 
This can be time-sensitive. Normally, we try to ship out your product as quick as we can so you can enjoy it earlier. We will wait 24 hours before we process your job. If you think you need to change something, contact us immediately to let us know. We will try our best to make any changes you requested, as long as it's in our hands. If the product has already been packaged and shipped out, we cannot do anything at that point. 

I have several products I want to engrave, how do I go about doing that? 
Well if that is the case, you have to make sure you specify in the notes section which message you want with which watch. Put the model of watch as well as the message next to it in order to avoid confusion. You can also contact us via email if you feel like you need to put more details about what exactly you want. 

Is there a limit on characters I can put for engraving? 
We don't put a limit on how long your engraving message is. However, it has to be reasonable. Short and sweet will work the best. If it's a very long message it will have a small font and will look too "squished." If your message seems to be too long, we will personally contact you and see what we can do to make it work for you.

Am I able to return or exchange the engraved items?
Unfortunately, any item that is engraved CANNOT be returned or exchanged. As much as we would love to accommodate your request, that will not be possible. Keep in mind the engraved product is made especially for you. And due to that, it would not be able to be returned or exchanged.
